Iesha Rosenboro, MA,CPRS

Iesha Rosenboro is a proud graduate of Bowie State University. During her enrollment, she passionately served on various student committees. She is currently an active member of the American Counselors Association, African Psychology Student Association, Black Therapists, Maryland Non-Profits, and Alpha Omega Christian Fellowship Incorporated.


Early in Iesha's career, she took an interest in trauma-informed care, which guided her path to higher education. She has enthusiastically worked in human services for over 13 years, assisting families, veterans, children, women, and men in recovery and many more. In 2016, she founded the H.E.R.E Center, with the hopes of raising awareness of trauma in our communities. She envisions the H.E.R.E Center being the archetype for mental health services, employing a plethora of opportunities to rebuild and restore communities in the DMV. Iesha has facilitated seminars, webinars, supportive counseling groups and workshops spreading the importance of finding and embracing your true self.


Iesha has a desire to serve her community in numerous capacities. She embodies Gandhi's saying, "Be the change you wish to see in the world" and encourages others to do the same.

Jennifer Silver, M.A., LGPC (MD & DC)


Director of Volunteer Services


After working for more than two decades in the field of Information Technology, Jennifer felt led by God to go in another direction with her career. Jennifer entered Liberty University’s Master of Arts program in Professional Counseling graduating with honors as a “Graduate with Distinction”. Jennifer is a mental health therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults. She believes that building relationships and being in community are key to healing.

Amber Dixon, M.B.A.

Marketing Director

As the Marketing Director, Amber is responsible for applying research to influence behavior change as it relates to public health. Amber uses social marketing to develop, implement, and manage complex communication efforts. Amber has a proven track record of leading and training staff, overseeing the development of graphic designs projects, developing, and implementing national communication strategies and messages to reach target audiences.  As a natural-born Dreamweaver, she uses her skills for content development, plain-language writing, digital strategy, campaign promotion, database management, and media.  She has implemented various strategies, using innovative tactics for the distribution of information to consumers, policymakers, and partners. Amber advises clients using best practices for social marketing engagement, social media, emerging digital media technologies, and analytics to improve the end-user experience.  She promotes an inclusive and collaborative environment for team members of diverse backgrounds all in the spirit of helping those who matter most.

Roslyn Segears M.S.W.

Director of Quality Assurance, Legal and Public Policy


Roslyn Segears is a native Washingtonian. She has worked in the hum,an services field for over 12 years in various positions (i.e. Case Management, Supervision, and Director of Quality Assurance). She has serviced multiple populations. Populations include mentally and physically disabled, homeless, veterans, at risk youth and many more. Her hobbies include reading, volunteering, and enjoying family activities.

Vivian Oshokoya

Director of Children Services


Vivian Oshokoya has extensive experience working with students (ages 2-22) through supplemental educational services and in special education. She enjoys working with children and dedicating her time to the benefit and total wellness of youth. Vivian enjoys volunteering her services to instructing and coordinating youth-based events with the mission to educate and empower youth throughout the community. She has recently became a Wellness Coach with Herbalife with the mission to help people learn how to live healthier and happier lives as she has done for herself.
